Being cozy is the primary goal during the holidays. I am sharing my favorites around Christmas with you.
Eloise at Christmastime
This has been one of my favorite movies since childhood, and it seems to get better with age. Eloise is a spunky 6-year-old who lives at the Plaza Hotel in New York City with her nanny. She sees herself as a valuable member of the Plaza family. The movie is a feel-good Christmas romance movie.
I Dream of Christmas by Norah Jones
My favorite Christmas album—this is full of warm, jazzy songs. I especially love the music. Christmas Glow—this song makes me want to dance around and drink lots of hot cocoa.
Shepherd Abide by Jan Karon
The Mitford series is perfect for feel-good reading. The books are full of heartwarming reading and funny stories about the town. I enjoy reading this book about Mitford during the holidays.
A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens
It is a family favorite; I love watching the adaptation and reading the original story during the holiday season. A story that never gets old.
I wish you all a wonderful holiday season!
