I enjoyed listening to this audiobook adaptation of the play. I feel the best way to listen to Shakespeare is through audiobooks. You get a feel for the lines and the characters’ intentions through the written word, which is harder to imagine. This adaptation was very entertaining, and I recommend it to you.

I didn’t enjoy this series by Alexander McCall Smith. I am a big fan of his work and love his No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency, Isabel Dalhousie, and The Perfect Passion Company series. I found the characters in the 44 Scotland Street series hard to relate to. I found the jokes kinda painful. Usually, his books captivate me; I can’t put them down. But I struggled to read this book. I probably won’t be reading the rest of this series.
